Before you book — please read

Required disclosure for paid professional services (Australian Consumer Law s18). These match the binding terms at /terms §15.

  1. Cultural consultation, not professional advice
    This is a cultural reference service grounded in classical Chinese feng shui tradition. It is not real estate, financial, architectural, engineering, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
  2. Not a licensed professional
    Master DaoShu is not licensed under the Land Agents Act 1994 (SA) or any equivalent legislation. We do not advise on whether to buy, sell, lease, or invest in any property. Decisions affecting your property, finances, or wellbeing should be made with appropriately licensed professionals.
  3. Delivery and refunds
    Scheduling within 5 business days. Live session 45 minutes. Written summary within 14 days. Full refund (no fee) if we fail to schedule within 30 days. If you cancel before the session, a refund less a $50 admin fee. No refund for subjective dissatisfaction with conclusions or for missed sessions without notice. Full refund matrix at /terms §15.4.
  4. Privacy
    Sessions are not recorded by us unless you request a recording in writing. Practitioner notes used for the summary are deleted within 90 days of report delivery. The Practitioner is bound by a duty of confidentiality. See /privacy.
  5. Liability and jurisdiction
    Our maximum liability for any single 1v1 consultation is the fee paid (AU$500). Disputes are governed by South Australia law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of SA courts. Your Australian Consumer Law statutory rights are not affected.
  6. Third-party communication channel
    When you click Contact DaoShu below, you will leave this platform for a third-party communication tool (your email client, and later WeChat for the live session). Advice provided by the 1v1 expert is subject to their individual professional capability. DaoShu Energy acts solely as a technology and information matchmaking platform; interactions on third-party tools are also governed by those tools' own terms.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes — a payment receipt is emailed to you after payment. DaoShu Energy is not currently registered for GST (turnover below the threshold), so we issue a payment receipt rather than a tax invoice.
